I am slooowly trying to get back into character art, so now I am fiddling around with zbrush a bit, delaying the inevitable clothes and face for the character. Done some work here and there on the armor, aswell as making his gloves, which was fun.

Have been working some more on my character, almost done with his headgear, and started working on the gear for his suit aswell. Just basic modo sub-d stuff. Also been working a tiny bit on my render materials, still a bunch of things I want to fix with them, but they are starting to look pretty sweet now, imho. Leather works fine, but there is some more custom stuff I want to add to the metal. Its all shaderstuff, no custom textures.

Started mocking up my driver for the vehicle a bit, very rough at the moment. The idea is that he is dressed in some exo-skeleton ish suit wich relieves his joints at..high Gs or something :D (so i can add lots of mechanical parts!) And then wearing some kind of leather jacket+ baggy pants :)

Did some more work on the underside and steering area of the vehicle, and general decal/material/detail pass. Very few areas left untouched now, so its getting there! Need to do a pass and make some more fitting decalwork for this vehicle, and separate it into more materials. Also passed 100 000 visitors to the blog today, crazy stuff! :D

Did another quick pass on the engine, slowly getting there. I have some tricky areas left to design that I'm not sure how to handle, hopefully I'll figure something out. Experimented a bit more with materials on the highpoly, slowly building up a small library of materials.
